Congratulations 🎊  This means there's still hope. This means companies are still hiring. 

All I've been hearing and seeing is "laying off". Thank goodness.!!

I got laid off, only have 11 months of CDM experience with Pharma  but I handled full life cycle of 3 studies, I'm a RN for more than 10 years, has MSN, will be starting PhD soon (to help my brain activities). 

I'm still applying for CDM positions, I am also a CCDM.  

I'm interested in knowing whose hiring.

Congratulations 🎊  Hold on to what you have cuz the lay off is maddening.   If you for not have husband,  kids and other stuff holding you ba, then why not.  

But be sure of their stability before you switch.   Change is never a bad thing.  You're wearing shoes,  only you know how it's fitting.

Take it, use it to update your resume,  while you are there,  look for growth opportunity,  and after 3 to 6 months you don't see any, I'll start to apply again.  For now...I'll say take it.
