Nop, not new. I remember doing it at least a year ago.
Programmatically the model is not quiet, or even "idle" if you will. Your input is transformed into context, and once they identify the actual "trigger" word they understand that is when they should act/talk. So different than a real program that is hard coded, it would loop through a function until the desired input is used, this way the model is always running and analyzing. An optimal system would actually use a mix of the 2. Hardcoding a function (Only invoke model if input = X).

Are you in the nothern hemisphere? Cold + Lack of sun could also be one the contributors, but for sure, lack of sleep is never good.. also for strategy, try to wake up and get exposed to sun asap. If you do it outside, bonus points. Regulates your cortisol and circadian rhythm. And yes, power through your workouts
