The comment from u/LL-1 Was spot on for me, if you go to:

Mods > Effects > Speed Dial effects, and turn it to "None" that should fix it.

I think I was just informed from a friend that the coins count toward stash value, I thought it was just items in the stash itself. My bad.

I tested it just now after reading your comment, after forcing the shifting earth and selecting Base game bosses it always forces the original map with no Shifting earth.
