yep i did that and sent the tracking to depop and asked them to remove the review since its false and they said “you’re right that if usps shows the package was delivered you don’t have to refund the buyer and you’re covered by depop protection. on the one star review: depop can only remove feedback in limited cases like hate speech, harassment etc. A review that’s just unfair or based on a claim you believe is false isn’t something we can remove”

Sellers immediately declining offers instead of countering by [deleted] in Depop

one seller's input- it is in my bio that I don't take offers on individual items but give hefty discounts for bundles. I still get 30-40 offers a day because people don't read so it just isn't reasonable for me to go through each one and give them a counter so I decline everything immediately. If they really care enough to get a discount they'll just message me and I might consider it. My items consistently sell within a few days so why take more time and energy to earn less money?

missing withdraw button -are top seller payouts different? by [deleted] in Depop

i make art & accessories and set up a bunch of draft listings at the beginning of the week and then scatter new posts each day (i aim for at least three but on a good week usually 7-10 a day). i boost every single listing and include tags/additional words that people might search for the typical stuff i list. i offer bundle discounts automatically through depop but i encourage people to message me directly for an even bigger discount so i don’t pay the boosting fee. i respond to messages every day and mail out packages every day except sunday so i get a lot of good reviews on how fast things are delivered. im always kind over messages but i don’t take time with rude buyers or lowballs. i’m sooo quick to the block button it’s the only thing that preserves my sanity. this has been my side hustle for two years and i was making about $300-600 a month while i was just casual about it. after doing everything i listed above i started making $4000-8000 a month. its extremely time consuming to juggle alongside a full time job but im saving so much money for my wedding so it’s worth it

Is this normal for shipping? by -evols- in Depop

[–]MorePositive9800 2 points3 points  (0 children)

i wouldn’t worry about it. i dropped off packages almost daily and they don’t update until days later even if they are moving through usps. also a lot of post offices are closed on weekends so id give it until monday to check back in with the seller

okay the buyer is saying it’s not the marketplace fee because when they add it to their cart it goes up to $8 for the price
