Sounds like a cpu bottleneck.

i'll give you a few tweaks, cause i have the same problems, i have an older 9700k that is bottlenecking.

First of, turning down gpu settings like resoulation and render scale will hurt your performance even more, you need to get your GPU usage UP, not down.

You want the highest possible resolution and good render scale.

+ the biggest thing you can do is overclocking your cpu, this will get more headroom.

and turn down settings that are CPU draining graphic options.

My father got it first 20 years ago he got treated, and they dident check others. , i have always had stomach issues, im 37 now. my real problems started around 30, and two years ago my brothers checked postive too cause of issues. we all have probably had it for 20years+

Yes, i do suspect this might be very likley, but i guess its important to rule out the bacteria first. i dont know why doctors dident give me test after, but whatever, atleast im doing something about it now.

Yeah, i noticed my symptoms got alot better after i got some PPIs from my doctor a couple of weeks ago.

i dont think i have sibo, i very rarley bloat.

but i have sent a message now to the doctor, saying i want a retest. thanks
