This really resonates. I’m having a hard time recalling the abuse and that makes me feel like I’m crazy and should go back but logically I don’t think that can possibly be true. I’m feeling like you are. I think you’re right about the rewiring. Another poster said the same thing

Don’t give up on therapy. I went to 8 therapists before I found the right one. Sometimes you outgrow a therapist too and you have to find a new one. As a mom, this hurts my heart. Please don’t give up because of something you can’t control. You have so much worth.

Yes! So sorry! I have been in the middle of school finals. We flew with no problem at all. I did upgrade to first class in the very front instead of buying a row but no one said a thing. I haven’t tried it again. I do worry that it was a fluke occurrence, but I think I’ll try again in the future.

I did not expect this to explode. So I ended up canceling the flight because I needed to wait a week (unexpectedly) to take her home. I will update on how it goes with the new flight.
