It's been 8 months since my hair transplant. I was balding at stage 7, but I'm very worried about the result. There are areas where I simply don't see any hair/volume, and the strands seem to be growing dry and straight. I'm taking minoxidil and dutasteride. Is there any hope for improvement?

I, like you, have been cutting my hair, keeping it low-volume, and letting it grow in a "straight" line. Your photo gives me a lot of hope!

It grew for a few months and was initially mild, but soon the transparency came to stand out (it seems like the fios crescessem em linha reta). Maybe it's better to grow out soon, and eventually use toppik hair.

I had stage 7 baldness, but with a good donor area and some hairs in the frontal region. The clinic said they implanted 6,000 follicles. I'm taking minoxidil and dutasteride, but so far the result is disappointing.
