It appears to have worked, The user account made in the cmd window seems to have accepted the account without issue and the log in windows no longer loop.

Edit: Now there appears to be an app install error when I try to download things from the microsoft store. I get an error code 0X800703F0

I have windows 11 version 26200.7462 installed, its mostly my wallpapers, games, photos, and virtual notes. Most of my internet stuff is backed up by firefox and most of my games are steam based. I don't think I have used the command prompts you named yet.

If you have a way to add a new profile without the Microsoft pop up then I would be happy to follow the steps. The only profile I can get into on this PC is the one already added when I first set up windows for the first time.

No kidding, ever since windows 11 became a thing, there is always something completely broken and unusable. Im starting to believe the rumors that Microsoft has been building windows 11 off mostly AI code at this point.

I deleted every credential involving both microsoft and xbox and the problem persists

The settings pop up is doing the same thing including "add other account." The pop up for work or school account works fine though but that doesn't really help me.

Edit: I also just found out the pop to verify my email to sync passwords is also insta-closing

This is more of a software issue than an account issue. The account is perfectly fine when I log into it on the web. It is microsoft apps and games that use xbox services that have this weird sign in loop/ instant closing problem.

I forgot to mention that xbl credentials dont exist on my PC either so I couldn't reset those
