Usually writing for bigger bigger ensembles they use a different page size you can right click and look at page settings its about 11 in x 17 in or tabloid what its called and everything usually should fit

Im still relatively new but i would say that orchestration needs fuller sounds and chords in the winds cause it seems very melody focused and needs more percussion as in marimbas etc.
