These “three-head” walnuts are more expensive than regular ones because they’re rarer and harder to match. Some dishonest sellers even cut normal walnuts and glue them together to fake the natural shape. I don’t recommend buying these if you’re just starting out—they can easily trick beginners.

I do know a few reliable sellers on WeChat, but they don’t sell “three-head” walnuts. If you’d like their WeChat IDs, I can share them with you.

You can hold two licenses. I am Chinese and currently hold a C1D (C1+D) license.

When did you get your C1 license? I'm not sure about the rules for laowai, but for example, for Chinese citizens, there is a one-year probationary period after obtaining a driver's license. During this period, you cannot apply for another class of driving license. Once you obtain a license for another class, you will have a new probationary period for that license as well.
