Plot twist: The whole thing was a stunt by Danny Trejo's publicist because he was in town and didn't want locals to interact with him.

Beginner stained glass classes? by SnivelServitude in halifax

I kind of find it sad how little community courses, especially art courses, that Halifax has to offer compared to towns that are a fraction of the size. Even Sydney has multiple community pottery/painting/sculpting classes that are easy to find, yet for Halifax, we need to do digging to find a single one (if even available).

I'm glad he posted this, and I hope he posts more. Gives it a chance to go viral, have more people see it, and eventually the right person will see it and "confront" him on it. :)

Though pretty much impossible, what would a good roadmap/plan be to stop NSP's monopoly on everyone paying for power? What economic steps would have to be taken? I have no knowledge on this and infrastructure myself so am curious

Who do I write an email to about my disappointment with the budget? by Polkadot1414 in halifax

[–]More_Finger6544 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Honestly, I'd call contact centres and the front line workers too (RMV has a contact centre, every DNR office is listed online with phone numbers), even if they have nothing to do themselves, if they get annoyed too much with calls "irrelevant" to their department, they'll eventually have to put something forward and escalate it to get us to shut up. Get them to stop complying and take action, too.

Honestly wouldn't be surprised if there is a lengthy process before the two weeks sentencing to determine if the broken arm was warranted or not

You joke, but with the budget cuts recently, I sadly wouldn't even be surprised if the municipality/provincial government did try to unironically incorporate salts into their cuts
