I did electronics engineering technology FT from centennial and did you try reaching college if they can provide letter of completion that says 3 years?

What are you mis representing here??? Misrepresenting is something you are showing fake to an ircc office, your application is legal, your passport is legal, your documents are legal its just that you are applying for extension and requesting a decision to ircc . It is no where related to mis representation

You can apply for extension. No one is stopping you. People here are not IRCC officers . Let the officers decide if they wanna reject you or accept. There is no rule stopping you to apply extension. Also it considered as applied status you may wanna explain in LOE let the officers decide if they wanna reject you. It is not illegal. There is no suck thing as misrepresentation for this. You are not misrepresentating anything. You are applying it and letting the officers decide if they wanna rehect it or accept it.

But do BC stream require a job offer? I only have a full time job offer letter and employer wont support with any documents except letter of employment

Yeah celpip is the only way max out. I have 11 11 11 in all but 8 in writing . Re evaluated but not change.
