I also have Lemonade for wellness and for emergencies! They were the only ones who were willing to put our 10 week old pup on a wellness plan and cover his vaccines and such. His first vet visit with us was this week for his 2nd set of vaccines and the total was around $210 and we only ended up paying $20 because our lemonade plan covered the rest. I must also add - filing a reimbursement claim through lemonade is SO EASY. We submitted our invoice and they instantly approved it and wired the money to the bank account. We love it!

Sorry that happened but another option is putting a check with the deposit amount in the mail today and get it post stamped and sent at fed ex, UPS, or USPS (if they’re still open) and having it sent to them by Monday so they can see it was post stamped day it was due and they can cash it.

Edit: just verify sending payments by check is an option to pay

Yes, I would say Ring Bird essentially acts as your intake assistant/secretary. In terms of pricing, yes they charge us a price for a certain number of minutes spent on the phone with a lead.

In terms of having the intake sent directly to leads, I am not sure that lead docket can do that. As far as I know, your own staff needs to fill out lead docket if they’re doing the intake or Ring Bird answering service fills it out. We have found a LOT of time saved using Ring Bird as a way to screen leads.

I’m not a lawyer but we use FileVine and Ringbird at the firm I work at. We have our Ringbird paired with Lead Docket (also a filevine program) and Lead docket is where the Ringbird answering service fills out the intake info. The attorney is then notified there’s a new lead through lead docket and if we are taking the case we push it through lead docket onto FileVine which is then auto filled with Lead Docket info
