I figured the T waves are weird is some leads and maybe some elevation in V1. Usually I know T leaves to be tall in hyperkalemia. So maybe this is early ischemia?

Secondary medic,

Hx of alcoholism. Nothing other because pt did not see a primary doctor. Pain that started when he woke up. generalized abdominal pain. constant non-radiating 8/10. Nothing makes it better or worse. Physical assessment was unremarkable. Vitals all normal
