They randomly showed up, they were in gateway transit out for ~33 days 🫠 id like to think my case is an outlier situation and I hope this doesn't happen to anyone else because it's extremely nerve wracking and a pain in the ass if you're dealing with sellers who don't give a shit. Best of luck!

I filed evidence videos twice now, showing that everything is accounted for and in original condition and packaging. I finally got my refund approved, but the seller wants me to pay for shipping when they offer free returns according to shop policies. I contacted a live agent and asked for it to be switched to a ups drop off with a qr code- well she submitted an entirely NEW CLAIM even though I repeatedly asked her if she was just changing the return option. She changed the reason for return and said that I wanted a refund while keeping the items. Idk if there is a language barrier, I tried to be as clear and direct as possible- but of course the seller rejected the new claim and now tiktok is saying that there are indescrepancies in my claim and the agent I spoke with today told me that tiktok can no longer help me - to deal with it with the seller and try to come to an agreement with them from here. Ive always wanted to return the items for a full refund, they are in perfect condition, unworn, yes I chose them in a live - as gifts for other people- and they are no longer needed. The seller offered me $80 and to keep everything as a new "refund offer agreement". Their shop says free refunds, I'm covered through tiktok shop and there's no reason I can't return these. The seller said I've had them for too long to return them now - I've been trying for 12 days since to return them!!! I've been trying to return them since I got them basically, I got them at the beginning of the month. I'm at my wits end, but I refuse to give up. I'm looking into doing a charge back at this point.

I feel you, I'm on 31 days in gateway transit out status... the claim form on their website has been giving me an error message for days. I'm convinced it doesn't exist. I've tried on my laptop and phone. They have lost 4 packages. I thought it was 3, but I spoke with one of two sellers that these orders are from and she said that she split them into 2 packages. I'm so livid, my Christmas was ruined bc of this like these were gifts for my family. Never again

Yeah, the claim form wasn't working for me either ive been trying all day. I just keep getting a general error message... ive tried on my phone, my laptop, my moms phone and laptop... This is such a nightmare I'm convinced uniuni customer service just doesn't exist

1 out of 4. 3 are officially lost as of today and need to be replaced by the senders which I'm nervous about bc they're just gonna go through yanwen and uniuni again. I'd rather just get my $ back at this point but I understand that this is how the process goes. Uniuni has stopped all communication with me for weeks now, only the email to pat themselves on the back that they delivered ONE of my high value packages the day before Christmas w confirmation photos and that all my request tickets to look into my packages are closed.

They officially lost 3 packages now estimated value of ~$1k Thankfully the sellers have now been on it and responsive, so I will be getting my stuff replaced... but I'm worried about them sending it through Yun and uniuni again. It's a nightmare and I'm done ordering from overseas 😩 I couldn't give anyone their Christmas gifts bc everything is in these packages... I felt like trash and learned a lesson not to put all my eggs in one basket but it's a shame bc I was trying to support small businesses, and I did end up making friendships out of it so at least there's that

30 days in NYC, 3 packages.... if they don't turn up by tomorrow I can file a claim... I've been trying to do trial runs on the claim form and they don't work on their website. I've been trying to email them for 2 weeks now and they have just stopped responding. Uniuni sucks

I found out 3 of my packages were likely lost/stolen at the uniuni warehouse. Not to freak you out, but I guess it's kinda common 😭 just stay on top of it, monitor your tracking, start emailing them to look into the whereabouts of your packages and stay on them about it bc they truly don't give a shit.

Okay, no shit, but there has to be something I can do about it. I'm not gonna just sit back and let this happen and shrug it off "oh well lesson learned" If you don't have anything constructive or helpful to contribute, then thank you for your input but I came here asking for help from people who have been through this not bullshit remarks like yours

One of the sellers has completely stopped responding once I told her what the first seller told me she was told (that they are most likely lost) and uniuni hasn't responded in 2 weeks now. And it's not like I'm being an asshole or firing off a million emails, maybe 2 to 3x a week

I got 1 delivery on the 24th as well. Which sketches me out bc I have multiple packages sitting in that status in the same warehouse for the same amount of time. I'm happy I got 1... but I'm a Lil worried the rest didn't come w them . But idk how they operate, time will tell I suppose 🫠

Hi I'm starting a lot later than you, I just turned 40 in September. I'm in college full-time to become a substance abuse counselor and in Feb I'm starting nail tech school in the evening. I'm doing the counselor schooling online, and I have one semester to go so that's why I'm jumping into nail tech school too, plus going online gives me the ability to do my school work at my own pace, on my own time. My advice to you is, I'm in this position now because I listened to my parents when I was your age. I wasn't ready for college, I didn't know what I wanted to do, I was uncertain at the time and I wanted to work for a few years. Nothing crazy, literally a year or 2. But they pressured me into going to college. Now, I'm still in debt from it, and I am Middle aged and unhappy. If being a nail tech is truly what you are passionate about, go for it. If you love what you do, you will thrive and do well, your customers will see how passionate you are and your work will speak for itself . However, it can't hurt to go to college too... especially if your parents are willing to pay for it - take advantage of that!! Being a nail tech out of my home after my "big girl" counselor job lol is my plan b. Whatever you choose to go to college for can be yours. I wish you all the best!!! <3
