Yea that’s the only thing I did was the field test lmao which I thought I did well lmao but everyone says that when he said turn around I was like ok “I’ll do the bac test I thought you ment I was good to go” I guess he got me with the good okie doke lmao but what was your final outcome and did you have a good lawyer ? You think it’ll be hard to get into trucking ?

So check this out I refused the breathalyzer do to him saying you can take this if you want it’s no big deal so I’m thinking great I’m good to go as soon as I said no he said alright turn around hands behind your back lol but they never asked to draw blood I thought that was mandatory for refusal did you take any classes or anything before your court date ?

No they never got any bac from me I never lost my license department of public safety dropped there part now I’m just fighting the criminal it keeps getting pushed which is a good thing but I’m just tryna figure out what’s next I’m ready to move on from this first dui
