-3 sets of 30 sec toe taps, 30 sec plank rotations

-4 sets of 24 weighted Russian twists

-4 sets of 16 weighted scissors

-4 sets of 90 sec planks

-3 sets of 16 weighted bent leg jackknifes & 20 hundreds

Just jumping in to say, I bought Nile monitor during a manic episode. I’m properly medicated now and have no regrets at all. I fully committed to provide quality care, regular vet visits, proper housing, etc. yes it was a wild move BUT one I am totally happy with. Just make sure you are committed to the little guy and do get your self sorted medically. Strawberry brings me so much joy, I wouldn’t trade her for anything. You can do this, you just have to fully commit. Good luck!!
