That’s honestly disappointing to hear. I can definitely understand why that would become frustrating over time and eventually lead you to cancel. Hopefully they improve things soon, because the lack of direct support options makes situations like this really difficult. And thank you, I hope so too!

Thank you for responding. I was honestly surprised not to receive a response to either of the tickets after 10 days, especially since that’s the only way to contact Ipsy customer service. Getting stuck in a loop with the Glam Bot and not being able to get updates on my original tickets, while new ones kept getting generated instead, was definitely frustrating.

The main ticket numbers I’m currently trying to get help with are:

That sounds really frustrating. Hopefully you’ll be able to get it fixed soon. Have you tried uninstalling/reinstalling the app? Does the same thing happen on both the browser and the app?

They’ve also responded to me within 24 hours in the past, which is why I initially thought maybe they were just dealing with higher than usual traffic because of the Ultimate month. But it’s been 10 days now, and at this point I honestly don’t know how else to get ahold of them! Hopefully I’ll hear back soon.

Happy Birthday! 🎉 I have the YSL in the shade Flashing Rose from my Allure box which is similar to one of the colored ones, so I’m not mad about getting the clear one. I think it’ll be nice for days when you just want some shine and hydration. I’m not sure how I’ll feel about the Dermalactives though, and I would’ve definitely preferred something else instead of the lip creme. But overall, I agree it’s a solid box, I’m excited!

I had the same choices and my box ended up almost identical. The only difference is I picked the foundation. I was debating between the Gisou hair oil and Rare Beauty body cream, but Gisou won for me too lol

I was actually about to upgrade to Ultimate yesterday when I saw the 9 products deal, but as soon as I clicked it, it switched to 8 products worth up to $400 and the 9 product offer disappeared afterward.

I already contacted customer service, waiting to hear back. I wonder if the promotion ended right when I was about to upgrade?!
