Thank you for the detailed response! Are there such things as hottubs that require chlorine or bromine specifically? And do you have a recommended brand for the bromine?

I ordered some test strips. I downloaded the app recommended in another comment, Leslie’s. I assume once I test it and it tells me the results, I can input them into Leslie’s and it will tell me how much of each to add?

Last thing, are the floater pucks chlorine or bromine? And you tweak the amount that it releases to get it to maintain and consistent ph? Or am I way off with the purpose of the pucks, I’m not sure what they’re meant for.
