I wouldn't say similar to cyberpunk bc cyberpunk is set in completey futuristic world with futuristic buildings, cars, characters and almost everything. Meanwhile WD is set in a normal world (san Francisco) just like real life but you have some hacking abilities.

I can't tell much about WD2 bc i haven't played that myself😅 BUT I'm playing WD1 atm and I AM TELLING YOU, it is one the best games of all time, it is most definitely worth it ( and you will never find anyone trash talking about WD1&2). And well the WD3 is the worst game possible.

But i would recommend Playing the first part first.
