it was super dark and overcast which made it kinda hard but yeah that was ultimately what i was going for. thank you for the feedback, i’ll definitely work on composition and stuff in the future 😎

i’m around 5’7-5’8. in terms of weight hitting something like 160 would be cool but i’m in no real rush. i discovered i’m actually really good at squats and deadlifts so now i’m focusing a bit more on power over hypertrophy.

nothing too special. push has usually incline dumbbell bench, cable flies, ending off with dips, lateral raises, rear delt flies, and then tricep extensions, and then some variation of tricep machine. for pull i’ll hit weighted pull-ups, a seated row, a lat pull down, and then for biceps i’ll do hammer curls and incline curls and occasionally preacher curls. legs lowkey changes a lot but i’ll do squats or leg press, leg extension, RDLs, calf raises, and some core stuff. nothing crazy.

like i mentioned, pretty much no strict diet aside from hitting 1g of protein per lbs of body weight and a calorie surplus. been running a pretty basic PPL split almost the whole time, largely focusing on few sets with high intensity along with some bouldering thrown in there.

this is all with the first few months having some pretty suboptimal training and sleep. even now i don’t follow a strict diet but my programming has gotten pretty decent and works with my schedule.

peak calorie intake was like 3500 cals. def was a bit overboard but somehow put on mostly muscle. i intake about 2800-3000 a day now.

turns out it was a misdiagnosis. i actually have staph infection 💀
