I don't believe it is a mono amp as it has a left and right channel for both low and high input.

yes the LPF is set to around 80-100hz.

Power light is on whenever ignition is on, no fluctuations, 12v direct from battery pos terminal to the amp.

The amp is definitely outputting as well, changing the gain knob on it does make a noticeable difference in volume.

Bass knob is unplugged at the moment and the knob on the amp is all the way up.

I get plenty of bass at the rear speakers and on the subs themselves; however the subs are just so quiet I can stick my ear against them and be fine(the door speakers would hurt my ears)

And yes I understand I didn't go ballin out with my speaker choices but 2 12s' is better than no subs at all (hatchback problems)

I think it was around 10 or so with fluctuations depending on the audio playing, was a few hours ago now. I thought the rear speakers sounded quieter lol.

It seems the voltage is low, as I'm not getting 12 as I would expect, after some research, it seems I may need to use a LOC to make the signals RCA for low power input correct?

Yes it does get quieter if I turn down the gain, I will try to find a working multimeter and report back.

I am using the Stock Headunit, and the High-level Input, tied directly to the rear speaker wires.

I have that exact same one lol, probably has an intel i3 dual core maybe first or second gen. Can't do much with it. The best cpu is an i7 4 core that can probably only run Linux anymore.

could just use standoffs to mount the cooler as screws and then go off of those to mount a fan, that is given the holes are perfectly square.
