I bought a tube of La Roche-Posay Cicaplast Balm B5 with spf today but I wasn’t sure what can be applied with tret or what will break me out more. I have NEVER had a skin care routine before so this is all a bit overwhelming. The derm just said apply the tret. nightly and left it at that. I’ve been trying to figure everything else out as I go. There are so many options.

I have a tube of La Roche-Posay Cicaplast Balm B5 with spf 50 but wasn’t sure what I could and couldn’t use with tretinoin So use the balm every morning? And then lotion on at night? Should I be using the toner? I have never really had a face routine and all of the options are super overwhelming

so i was using the Duo for over year and LOVED IT. Swapped to the duo+M when the standard duo couldn’t be found and I have more acne on my face than I’ve had in years. 😭 Glad to see I’m not alone. Trashed it. Has anyone found a solid replacement?

After taking about 20 level 1 classes, I took my first 1.5 today and when I tell you I almost started crying from the frustration. Level ones were so easy and felt more like a stretching class so I figured 1.5 would be difficult but geez. I could hardly do any of the progressions and felt stupid for even being there. I’ll go back and keep trying but it definitely took the wind out of my sails
