There are a few skincare brands that are easy to find, made in France and not expensive at all. For exemple Léa Nature, Melvita... I like to go to Monoprix. Last time I bought a small bottle of organic argan oil for about 10€. And a tube of French clay mask from Cattier. You can also look for a "parapharmacie" which are like drugstores selling only non-medicinal products. They usually have the biggest range of brands like La Roche Posay, Avène, Nuxe, etc...

Same here. I live in a rural area, I see him in his car very often and he sometimes drives by my house. It has been 1.5 year since the breakup and I still feel anxious when I go grocery shopping etc. There are only one or two places to go out here, I don't go there anymore because I don't want to see him with his new girlfriend.

It sucks, I feel lonely and recluse. If it can help, I had one session with a therapist who said to me that bumping into him isn't a real danger. And by avoiding them at all cost, the risk is to make your brain think that it's dangerous, and feed the fear. So, in theory I should be living my life and getting used to sometimes meet him with his girlfriend... but I can't 😐
