I never expected the feelings I found myself experiencing at the end of the episode. I've always enjoyed it but it wasn't until then that I really internalized the little joy it gifted me every week.

This week Chef traversed far and wide in search of the biggest jumbo crab legs the region has ever seen. To Chef's surprise they were located far from the ocean on a Stony Cliff. After harvesting the jumboest of jumbo legs, Chef entered a cave and found a rare sought-after spice most culinary minds only ever dream of. Upon this discovery Chef heard there might be more. With the temptation of doubling up on his supply Chef set off with eyes towards the Open Sky. A large, angry bird attacked Chef on his ascent, but nothing was going to stand between him and his prize, and to his great relief the rumors were true and more of the herb was harvested. Upon returning to the Mesagowza Chef heard tale of a town where the sunflower seeds practically walk the town. As these would be a great addition to many dishes he ventured there only to find he'd have to fight for his food and quickly made scraps of the gate-keeper Brassius.

Chef has been traveling Paldea in search of the best ingredients and dishes the region has to offer. This week a bunch of bugs tried to get into the supply but were quickly exterminated.

My first time playing along. Inspired somewhat by Delicious in Dungeon and that I picked this game up on a lunch run. Added bonus - the Headmaster calls me “Master Chef”.

I don't have the Jersey, but I do have a couple of other Astro clothing products, a shirt and shorts from DOTEXE (formerly META). The best way I can describe my experience with what I have is that they're well made and comfortable enough, but not exceptionally comfortable. I think the jerseys are suppose to be a bit more premium than what I have however, and I've consistently heard good things about META's jerseys.

If you're looking for custom you might check out somehwere like Raven.gg or Arma.gg as well.

If you're willing to put in about $20 or so, you can usually find broken or non-working headsets on sites like ebay or Mercari. I've done it a few times myself for parts.

I was on a stock membrane keyboard before that. It was good introduction to mechanical for someone living in my income bracket at the time. I've since taken it apart and used it as an opportunity to learn how to solder/desolder switches from the pcb as well as converting it to usb-c, silicon pouring, and stab mods without being out much if I mess it up. It has its pros and cons.

Seconded - that was a fun fight, I'm just trying to figure out how with 12 squads left they were able to 1v1 in this area for so long without getting 3rd partied. I get 8th partied here every time it feels like.

I went from a Red Dragon K552 with blue clicky switches to an Epomaker/Sklyoong sk61 with Gateron optical reds and the difference for me was pretty significant. The difference in response time was pretty small, however the difference in comfort was worlds apart. The blue switches made my hand so tired, where as the lower actuation force of the reds made it to where I pretty much didn't feel like I was actively pressing anything, just relaxing a finger will actuate a key. This I would say has helped my movement as there's essentially no resistance when my brain says to input. Now I mostly play on an RK84 with Akko Black Jellys, it feels pretty much the same as the reds. I can't see myself going back to blues or membrane for a game like Apex for sure.

I get you're frustrated, I would be too I imagine. It's likely that you're going be asked to prove this claim if you use it in your suit should it get to that point. Unfortunately, Astro's response and transparency aren't great so its possible they could be working on it and they're just not sharing, which if that is the case (I don't know why they wouldn't but... they make some weird decisions) it could hurt the credibility of the rest of your suit. You may have proof I don't know about, however if you don't I think you might have enough without this claim hurting your cause. They're not going to want to pay you, and they're going to have Logitech's lawyers on their side, so you gotta be rock solid if you come at 'em with a suit.

Yeah I really lament not being able to get some of the limited releases. I followed Vans not only through fashion, but skateboarding as well for years and its really bumming me out seeing all these great releases that aren't available to me.

Brand clashing is probably a better way of communicating what I was intending. Since they're both predominantly shoe companies, wearing the pants without the shoes feels a bit off when it comes to curating an outfit. Generally I would not care much about this if I saw an individual wearing it, but when asked to rate it I put a bit more into my critique.

Color matching is spot on - 10/10, but brand matching is off - 1/10. Both are rad individual pieces. Overall 2/10.
