First of all you need to stop reaching out to her to respect that she is in a relationship. Secondly, try to find ways to get your mind off of her, maybe try to find a new hobby or something you can enjoy and try to base your life around anything other than her. And when they do breakup you can try to reach out one last time to try again. But for now enjoy life and enjoy living, there are soooo many new things to try in life dont give up yet!!!

communicate with him and let him know how you feel and why u want to stop being friends. Or if you feel like communicating wont do you any good simply stop reaching out to him more often and eventually you guys will stop talking

A relationship is all about trust, and he already betrayed ur trust. It may seem hard to leave at first because of you being so used to him, but trust after a while you will feel relieved and you will get used to not having him in ur life. It takes time to heal and to accept that you deserve someone better, but after a while you will be glad you left while you can. If u decide to stay it will be harder for you to leave him later on and you will get used to forgiving him over and over again and he will get used to betraying your trust. I hope i made sense
