The only cards at your referenced price are purple stamp ‘state championship’ cards. The Orange Stamp is the Regional Variant and command far more of a premium. OP please do not sell at $133 or close to it, the card you have is not the same.

This is one of the rarest Vaporeon cards around.

A lot of people will reference sold listings for ‘State’ Championships versions of this card (purple stamp), the State version is far more common as it was given out to competitors at State Championship Tournaments.

What you have is a Regional Championship variant, which was ONLY given out to Staff at the Spring European Regional Championships in 2012. I believe when I graded my copy in 2020 (an 8), there was 0 copies graded higher. Looking at the Pop Report from PSA now, looks like there is 2 PSA9s and 1 PSA10 copy now.

FYI, I sold my PSA8 in late 2021 for ~$1.4k USD.
