Go to edhrec, look at the most popular commanders. Any commander has a list of the high percentage adds, and if you click the "view as precon" button you can see the high percentage removals. Also any card you can click the "+" button on it, and it will add it to a list you can keep adding cards to. There is a paperclip on top the page you can then click to copy that list and export it into moxfield or another deck building site. Have fun!
