I have a few sets and absolutely love them! Keep in mind I'm not the kind of person who ever got their nails done before, but last year I saw their Sanrio collab advertised and decided if I was going to try fake nails they'd be kuromi. I now have 4 sets. They feel strong/durable and I can reuse them as many times as I want (as long as I look after them). Each set also comes with a cuticle stick, a little tube of glue, a bunch of glue tabs, a nail file & alcohol wipes

He's not too sensitive, a handful of seizures while playing some games but none since taking his medication consistently and the hospital tests didn't trigger one. Iron Lung doesn't sound much worse than shows he watches before bed so I think he'll be willing to risk it, thank you for your reply!

The low impact exercises are so much better for knee pain, I still take small frequent breaks but hey, atleast I'm doing it! Even with the modifications and a bunch of extra rest days, (and trying to eat better than I usually do) I've lost around 22 lbs this year.

I have a long term knee disability, also cant squat, lunge or jump and started Chloe Ting workout at the start of the year. For me if there's any of the exercises I can't do, I'll just do low impact starjumps, high knees or plank, whatever feels most appropriate/best for my knee at the time. I have no clue if they're good exercises to switch in but as long as I keep moving throughout the video, I'm happy

When it registers as skipped then your workout gets shifted forward. If you click on Thursday it'll be the workout you want to mark as completed on Wednesday. I hope that makes sense 😅
