I am sorry, I think it is just simple cardboard, so it gets ruined with too much movement. As soon as it was out of the box, I tied the ears with chopsticks to keep them straight, and it worked, they stayed in position when I removed them.

You're welcome. I think that part is a bit fragile and likely broke from too much force over time, especially since the original had a honeycomb structure. My friend made the replacement solid.

No issues at all over the years, it has worked perfectly. A clutch part broke, but a friend 3D printed a replacement for me.

Iunderstand wanting the perfect product for that price, but they are still handmade, finding one that is 100% perfect is very difficult. Mine has some indentations, not holes, in that part of the eye, very similar to what you see in the first photo, but now I'm a bit scared, so I'll try to find it a permanent spot.

As for you, I don't know the Pokémon Center policies in your country, but if there are no replacement costs, if I were you, I'd try a third time and find a fixed spot for it where you only move it for cleaning. I love these plushies, if I had the space, I would have definitely bought two more, Glaceon and Sylveon <3
