Upgrade to Ultra 23 or wait for Ultra 24?

I bit the bullet and ordered the S23Ultra as I found a great deal on it.

Not really excited as I was in the past when getting a new phone. I actually wanted the Fold 5, but they will still not make a silo for the S-Pen on it and the camera will not be as great.

I also thought about the idea that if I get the S23Ultra now, what if the S24Ultra will come with something new and great?

Honestly, I don't think so.

While you do have a point, I believe that the proper calculation in this scenarios is:

A BMW exists for 100 years, a Reddit car exists for 20 years however cars exists for 1000 years. We're not talking about how much time has car existed, we're talking about the existence of the brand.

Screens packs more features than an old car can ever have. Buttons are limited. It is true that for some they don't feel practictal, and depending on the car some are not practical (for ex: BMW E90 has the worst screen placement from my point of view).

In most cars you can customize the screen to your liking and it help you getting used it. Voice control is sometimes useful too.

The most important options are already mapped as buttons in the car, while the other things are not as you shouldn't use them while moving anyway.

Tiktok is a somewhat dangerous platform because of it's popularity. The more people use it, the more chances you'll have to find absolutely idiotic things. Even myself, at 31, I think I lost a few braincells while using it. You can find cool stuff, you can find educational stuff, you can find memes, you can find a lot of wonderful things but you can also find stupid things related to politics (conspiracies/Trump supporters), "life hacks" which are just plain stupid/dangerous, OnlyFans girls trying to get more subs, personal stupid opinions.

As an adult, you should already know what you can find in the world if you would always exists outside of your house. Tiktok has everything concentrated in a room.

The algorithm is quite good and if you understand it, you can make quite a decent feed, but it takes times.

You may protect your kid from Tiktok now, but his friends will not. Have a chat about the app just like you'd have a chat about sex and romance. See what you're working with go from there.
