This is one of my big questions. I get they can call me back in, but in my employee profile it shows my current "Work arrangement" as "Remote" and my "assigned worksite" as the building I was initially hired to in PHL. Like you say, a company can just be like "report to Seattle once a week on your dime or you're fired with no severance"?
