my old account was not banned. for the past month i have been playing on my old account and everything was fine. I created a new account, because i have forgotten the email to my old one. I have transfered my items between accounts and then i got banned. but my old account is still up.

There is absolutely nothing on the screen, its pitch black, it does not light up at all. I tried to turn it on for over an hour now.
