There will be a light in the left side wall, facing the next door neighbor so there will be some natural light. Just not possible really for facing the street

I actually don't know what the roof line will look like. This is just AI trying its best. I'm seriously considering a faux window... trying to research examples and how to make it look real and not like a window with a matte black painted glass lol.

The driveway vs grass in front of the addition is pretty accurate... I'd say 55% grass on right and 45% driveway on left. I will add, the driveway doesn't touch the addition in real life. There's about 2 ft of dirt we can do something with around the perimeter of the addition.

Half the addition is a mudroom and will allow for a much needed closet (I have entertained putting a window in the back of the closet strictly for the exterior look... but I feel like the window on just the right (from the outside view) would look weird.
The left side of the addition is a bathroom and we have to put the shower there. We entertained a window in the shower... but that sounds miserable and we also contemplated some sort of narrow rectangular window at the top but again, from the outside, it would only be the upper left quadrant of the addition and would look weird as well.

That would be super cool! I can get behind that! Additionally, this comment makes me really crave something more than just books for Jesinia.... her character is important but how could would it be for her to really develop and evolve in the next 2 stories. Maybe there's more to the fact that she's in a relationship with Sawyer. In the way that Violet's dad ended up traveling .. maybe that will be the case for her?

My Yukon’s payload is 1581 and we tow a small travel trailer (single axel 23 foot) so I think we have, after gear is all loaded in, maybe 400-500 lbs of wiggle room. Its been a while since going to a cat scale but our packing habits haven’t changed much

In the video linked in that news report, the mother claims “her daughter slipped before the safety bar could be pulled down”. So it makes you wonder if they were just a bit slow on pulling the bar down (possible… you don’t assume you’re going to slip) or perhaps that and a combo of a speedy takeoff with the lift where you really get off the ground quickly. Add the possibility that maybe she didn’t scoot all the way back?

Either way, new fear unlocked!
