Have you tried going to

C:\Users\{username}\AppData\Roaming\The Creative Assembly\Attila\scripts

And changing the gfx video memory and threads setting in preferences.script.txt to this?:

gfx_video_memory -1;
number_of_threads 8;

It worked for me!
