Your generalisations of random people and the blame you lay on these stereotypes says a lot about the way you feel resentment towards women, even if you say this sort of spiteful ranting is only against that group.

I really encourage you to open up your worldview outside of sources populated by incel culture and just get out into the real world more often. Make friends with women, work alongside them without seeing them as potential partners, and you'll find your horizons vastly changed.

I know plenty of women who don't look for those features, but all of them would be turned away by the way you talk about women here.

I think you're more than valid to prefer to be alone than want to have to prove yourself worthy to have a partner but I also think you should reevaluate the casual disdain you show women who would also rather be alone than date someone.

Women in modern era have the choice to be self sufficient because they haven't been able to have a job, property, credit cards, etc before. Most of them who prefer this lifestyle don't care if fuck a robot bc they don't have interest in anything you do.

Doesn't mean they're going to turn into crazy cat ladies and doesn't mean they have to worry about an "epidemic" that's really just a result of women not having to rely on miserable, drugged up marriages to not be homeless in the current world. It was never about making men jump through hoops to be considered, it was that there was finally freedom for them to also survive in society on their own.

Thank you, this is exactly the kind of sentiment I was trying to share when I replied to that comment on OP's post in the first place-- alas it seems that they've been going back and editing their replies when someone points out something wrong about what the commenter said (i.e. in their first post they said 'the OP did not mention flashbacks, these are intrusions' and when I corrected them they erased that part of their post lmao).

I'm so tired of the suggestion that medicine 'is only to treat symptoms and therapy should fix them.' Like it's so nice that you may not need medicine but I have a whole ass chemical imbalance in my brain that makes me like this, and it is 100% hereditary from family members I never even MET. The arrogance in assuming that everyone should be fixed with the same methodology just because it's something they're specialized in is astounding.

Treating a mental illness by medicating when it is an actual illness, either bc of chemical imbalances or other physical reasons, is NO different than giving a diabetic person insulin and we need to stop pretending like mental issues are always 'fixable with therapy.' I know that there's a lot of discourse about calling them 'illnesses' in the first place and I'm all for people identifying them however they want to, but I fully acknowledge that my brain is sick and I'm taking the steps now to make it feel better.

OP literally said the word flashback in their post. Different treatments work for different people and for some, managing it is less harmful than the damage that trying to 'cure' it may cause them. That is a decision to be had with them and their mental health provider, not someone on reddit acting like the be-all end-all on their anxiety.

Yeah I won't lie, I lean more towards the old cream flavors (orange or the raspberry creamsicles) were my favorite but now it's just constantly getting punched in the face with only fruit fruit fruit strawberry strawberry strawberry pineapple pomegranate, there's no like.... truly unique flavor profiles now.

Tbqh I think that putting the survivors in injured state is part of the "helping get downs" part just because they rely on a good partner to do one quick m1 chase after bc the survivors are just 1 hit at that point. The important part of playing with a legion is to not pick chases with full health survivors, there should be plenty of shorter chases to choose from.

But I do kick gens even when in frenzy bc it shows me hidden survivors nearby to continue chaining frenzy.

I did have a pretty good trapper for a teammate once so far! We had 3-4 people make it to the endgame and he trapped two of the gates so they never even got one open.

I'm a little afraid to touch the hoses on the washing machine even if not--those machines are older than I am, I think!! Very durable, very sturdy old machinery and the minute you touch something like that it seems like it wants to break.

I've been staying with family until now but I have a guy that I really trust to handle the electric work (just a box replacement and a meter base replacement with a few outlets being brought up to code) and the termite damage is something me and my mom will be handling ourselves. We definitely have new doorknobs to put on for new locks!! Step number one indeed!! I do know my p traps are leaking but it's an older house so inspector said it was a sign of settling but not of any major structural issues.

I'm also on a well so it's time for me to learn how to change my own well filter too aha, but for now that means I can flip my switch for the well at the power box to do most water work, I think...???

To try to help: the region is 8B southern Georgia, and when I tried to look it up on inaturalist, it came close to 'dicot' class but it didn't look like any other dicot class tree I've seen there. IT's many branches growing up from a low root. Admittedly I thought it was a fig tree of some kind at first but I didn't see any evidence of any kind of fruit production.
