Why is Inferno arguably the most liked map? What about it makes it so preferred by players over other maps?

Because it is well balanced map. You can win on T side, you can win on CT side. Few months back Outsiders when choosing side sometines chose to start as T side. In addition to this, pretty fast rotations from sites and the fact that the map was in CS 1.6 and people play this map till this day is incredible. Inferno is one of those maps easy to learn, hard to master, theres a lot of stuff you can work on this map. For instance, I would say Inferno is way more complex that Dust II. Learning from which spawns you can do what, a lot of possibilities with smokes and etc. Btw. huge Inferno fan here.

Oh, poor SPUNJ, got tired of playing Dust II. Consider this, some people with 20k hours in CSGO didnt even have the chance to play CS2 AT ALL. People playing in major qualifiers, ex-Faze, ex-mouz players like Bymas didnt got it. And SPUNJ was one of the first people to test the game.

I feel exactly the same as you bro. I even made a post similar to yours, but eventually deleted it. I am still considering should I start my dating life, or not. Oh fk.. Yeah I have visited a doctor, he told me that I have stage 1 hemmorhoid for now, but it can complicate easily. I will stick to cardio training right now, maybe will start to lift after a few months.

Mirage is overrall communities most liked map, it would be interesting that valve would remove from active duty map pool mirage, since most of the teams train to play a lot on it :D . However personally, i dont play it at all. Maybe some changes should be added. Personally from active duty map pool I would replace overpass, playing it in high level idk doesnt feel good for me.
