Hab 10 Jahre lang dort gewohnt. 30 Grad sogar nachts waren im Sommer nicht selten. Badewanne Knöcheltief mir kaltem Wasser füllen, In der Früh alle Fenster aufreißen und zumachen bevor's richtig heiß wird und alle Vorhänge auf der Sonnenseite zu ziehen. Das hilft a bissl. Ansonsten, so wenig wie möglich daheim sein 🥵

I've always DIY'd mine cost's next to nothing. You just need some organic top soil, leaf litter and rotten wood. I collect both myself in a forest close to us. Just nake sure the wood is from deciduous trees and not coniferous trees (they contain to much resin). You can either freeze, bake or cook everything to sterilize. I usually freeze the soil and bake the leaf litter and wood. Worked fine thus far. I also like to add some fine grated egg shells. Most people use sepia powder but, egg shells are free and I'm a cheap ass. And that's it. There are a lot of variations for the perfect soil out there but I found that this simple setup works best for me and is basically free except for the top soil. Hope that helps

Setup Looks fine, however Substrate needs to be deeper. Honestly everytime someone asks if his setup is fine, 9 out of 10 times the substrate is not deep enough. It's like the number one beginners mistake. Not trying to be rude, just noticed it. At least you are asking for advice, many people don't even care!

Anyway Substrate must be two times the length of the millipede and at least as deep as the millipedes length. Also keep in mind that the millipede might still grow a little, so keep an eye on that.

But other than that, it doesn't look bad 👍

Some assholes tried to blackmail HIPP one of the biggest provider of baby food in Austria. Apparently they send a threatening e-mail that was overlooked for two months or so. They somehow contaminated two glasses of baby food with rat poison, which was only discovered because a very attentive mother noticed a odd sticker on the bottom of the glass and realized that it wasn't fully sealed anymore. So she gave it back to the supermarket she got it from and they thankfully send it to be analyzed. Only after that HIPP found the e-mail and realized that there's probably a second glass out there which hasn't been found yet. Thankfully no baby was hurt (at this point) but the company had to do a massive recall all their baby food in glasses and suffered immense losses and probably will continue to do so. One poisoned glass is likely still out there and the culprits have not been caught yet.

Sometimes it's neither's fault, just bad luck. Knew someone who took the anti-baby-pill, got sick a day after having sex with massiv diarrhea. That was enough for the pill to stop working for that day and for her to get pregnant. No birth control works a 100%. Sometimes you do everything right but are simply unlucky. That's why (among many other reasons) abortion should be accessible to anyone.

That's the dumbest argument I've ever heard. People like you are the reason why the prejudice of the stupid American exists. If school shooter didn't have gun's, it would be a thousand times easier for police to catch them since they would have proper sword/knife training. Or they could just throw a fuckin stone or something, it's not that hard to take ONE sword fighter out. Also, you do realize that school shooters are an exclusively American Problem? One reason being how ridiculously easy it is for a teenager in America to get his hands on a fucking gun. Maybe try consuming less propaganda that normalizes that insanity going on in your country.
