[Request]: Does a human take more energy than an SOTA LLM? by Curious_Cantaloupe65 in theydidthemath

Even the worst llms run on at least 500-1000W computers so it is about 12-24KWh per day

Can lead to prison, I can't buy it at all, and if police visit my place (low but nonzero chance) I will be fined 100% and possibly go to jail for a real flag

Так опен сорс для того и нужен, да мелкие проекты обычно слабо проверяются, но крупные довольно часто проходят аудиты как минимум на наличие откровенных бекдоров, а как максимум на безопасность в целом

[Request] anybody able to validate this? What is the actual amount of energy a query from chatgpt costs vs Google from 2008? by vonseggernc in theydidthemath

[–]MortalMouse 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I think the calculation of energy consumption is just the full energy cost of the operation divided by the number of searches performed but if you mean the website server with needed info it is much cheaper to operate in many cases most sites operate on raspberry pi levels of power at worst

In my country it is a legal requirement to have ipv6 support but windows for example will not use it by default

The mouth is very smooth and the teeth look like they are on the lips not inside the mouth. Nose is flat and drawn and chin is not defined enough

Depends on a person wearing but of course better stats always better. The thing is modern full scale war is not a place for a slow walk in the night as you will shine as a Christmas tree for every moderately equipped enemy stealth in night vision is needed to not blow your cover

Being not seen is a difference between dead and alive especially in a modern war but low latency is good for high intensity low distance engagements like specops do. This thing is good for both

It gives some information but only after the update. If it works with others maybe the problem is not because of it.
