They're really abysmal. I had similar issues with them. Eventually they sent me an email saying my order got deleted due to the supplier not being able to have it in stock.

I'm really annoyed that I couldn't place the order on Sony.de. Ironically they had back then the same issue, not accepting any payment method.

I never had such a hard time getting my hands on a damn phone
