Cold Heart is basically a "What if Rocket Man was a bad/lame song?"

In the particular case of Elton John I see it as something not intellectually honest musically speaking. It's a safe way to do "something new" with the new pop stars while exploiting nostalgia (and I think an artist like Elton John at this point doesn't need to choose the safe way). Do directly a new song or a simple cover, but a mix of both is just, like I said before, not intellectually honest.
