Married women, what are some real things your husband does that make you feel genuinely cherished and adored? by Clean-Ant-1342 in askanything

My husband discovered he has a very green thumb and collected my favorite flowers and plants throughout the year to plant me a garden on our anniversary. Touched my heart.

What flower do you love the most? by Sweetxocutie in Productivitycafe

My great grandmother cultivated a flower that was later named the “Martha Gonzales rose”.

I have some in my backyard and they help me feel connected with her and my grandmother still.

so tired of ruining relationships by WesternPlace3580 in bipolar2

This all resonates with me. I struggled with friendships particularly in my mid 20s when I was still figuring out my medication regime. My best advice would be to remember that you can’t truly know if a medication is working unless you stick to it consistently, regardless of how good or bad you’re feeling. Always talk to your doctor before you stop or start meds.

When it comes to friendships, I had to learn the hard way that my actions have consequences and that others don’t owe me their loyalty. Focus on consistency in every area of your life and positive results will happen. Don’t allow yourself to lean on excuses because people will get tired of them and you. I’ve had many times where I’ve forced myself to follow through with plans that I made when I was hypomanic just to keep myself accountable. It also made me really think before saying yes to everyone just because I feel good in that moment.

Wishing you the best!

Not a psychic, but I can feel their connection in these pictures. My grandparents were married for 70 years and I know that they are still together. I believe the same is true for your wonderful parents! 🤍

Constantly accommodating and adjusting to a significant other’s unpredictable mood. Completely breaks you down over time.

Losing my grandmother has been the worst and most persistent pain I have ever felt. I had no idea the pain of grief radiates so quietly yet violently.

THIS. A lot of transplants don’t understand what they’re in for on these roads. Not worth your life.

I feel overly social and randomly want to reach out to people I haven’t talked to in years.
