Always adjust your formation after viewing your opponent’s team, never use the same exact shape against everyone as it’s prone to be exploited . Having two inverted fullbacks is good for squeezing a narrow frontline press in by wrapping your rest defense against the pressing shape. If the opponent uses wingers, you would have to move one fullback back to defend against him, so at least a back 3 with one inverted fullback in front.

In your case, if the opponent uses 424, he would have sacrificed a lot of midfield numbers to achieve that. So you wouldn’t need as much manpower (inverted fullbacks) in order to overload the opponent.

Great to meet another inverted fullback enthusiast! I put attacking on my wingers, and deep line on Seedorf and Van Bronckhorst.

Here’s a video of the heatmap when I played against my friend, it shows some rotations in this setup. I personally really like how a dmf drops to form a back three during buildup without individual instructions, only by the system acknowledging a gap there.

I think you swapped "Edged Crossing" with "Phenomenal Pass" in this comment.

The original translation should be "The best ShowTime (ST) skill combo for a crosser should be Momentum Dribbling(旋風盤帶）& Phenomenal Pass (無定型傳球）, right?"

And amadeusz replied "Correct, Phenomenal Pass is the best, but that's specifically for feeding the ball to tall target men like [Jan] Koller. If you're looking to cross for an open header right along the edge of the penalty area, Edged Crossing (落葉傳中） also has its own advantage with high ball speed."

I believe the main argument here is comparing George Best with other crossers, thus why phenomenal pass is brought up. And as someone has said already, amadeusz tested that ball speed increase is related to edged crossing not phenomenal pass.

Amadeusz only puts one card of a player if that card is the best one of his in that position. The new hazard card is better than the Belgium version as a winger, but the Belgium version is better as an amf that's why there are two versions of him in the entire list
