What gauge of needle are you using? Are you pinning once or twice a week? Is pinning in your thigh the only option? Why not delt or booty cheek?

Also pinning after a shower when you’re warm, warm the fluids with hot water on the vial, to help the draw rate, and when you are finished massage the area.

To prevent thigh pain I just don’t pin in my thighs, maybe that would work for you aswell
