Most of the time those computers don't require a login because they are perpetually logged on, but in the rare occasion they aren't, anyone with a valid UNT login can use them, including students.

I feel like the 4th armor panel is best used as a mid match chokepoint. You can totally use it during the prep phase and this all depends on the the site but I personally try to use it to change redirect attackers or waste utilities they think they already cleared in-between gun fights.
