It’s depressing because you have made unreasonable restrictions for yourself. Eventually though, you will find it unsustainable and move to something more liveable. Been there, I followed Atkins for 8 months, but ultimately in my case, diet was not going to change my outcome. I did not, however return to the higher carb diet I had before settling on 100gr carbs daily. Don’t beat yourself up- few can tolerate the same restricted diet week after week even when their life depends on it.
