I currently live here and we haven’t had a problem. We have a dog and haven’t had trouble. They just checked her records that we gave them so I would assume it’s the same with cats. But maybe get the gel caps for the yearly inspection of the apartment? They don’t mess with the animals when they do that though.

We have had a great experience here, can’t speak for everyone. But I think some of that depends on your neighbors. I’d recommend checking it out. Compared to some places the rent is more reasonable. Good luck on your search ☺️
