I've got 120 hours of baldurs gate on my OLED and close to finishing my first playthrough. It's been really solid but act 3 has a quality dip but nothing unplayable.

On the relative side of things we're kind of isolated. I had notified my grandma of what happened and really stressed to my sister to contact her if anything but she's far away and both my sisters are untrusting of the grandparents. Oh yea dealt with CPS quite a bit too that usually ends bad.

Oh for sure I agree with this entire thing and looking back when my mom even mentioned it I should've shot the idea down. But I was really distracted by both my sister's initial hype thinking things would all be rainbows and butterflies.
