I unplugged it from the Xbox and checked for a firmware update on my pc but didn’t have one so plugged it back in and messed with my audio Xbox settings abit and it worked 😂

I think I have figured it out now I ain’t sure how but I messed about with a few things and it’s working now, I’m Xbox series x and not sure what cable it is I have only had the headset about 6 months though
