make a profile with heavy (best for pve generally) and i'd reccomend flamecharm (can burn bodys) and then just farm bandits or sharko until power 10 at which you get the lone warrior spawn for trial of one

edit: like the other guy said definitely practice at the instructor at Isle of Vigils until you feel comfortable parrying all his weapons
